hammer time

okay so i have told a couple of you friends this story already- but it's so cute i need to share it again. maybe it's not as cute to you guys as it was to me. but lets be real- i dont really care.

so i picked up this cute little 4 year old girl that's in foster care from school and was bringing her to the office for a visit with her mom and dad and i dont remember what happened but for some reason i said oh bummer. and she said, what's oh plumber? of course i laughed and told her that i said oh bummer and explained what that meant. then like 10 mins later when we were pulling into the parking lot at work the caseworker called and said the mom wasn't going to be at the visit- so i said- hey unfortunately your mom isn't going to be able to come to the visit today and in this sweet little let down voice she said...oh plumber. it was SOOO cute. i laughed so hard i thought i was going to die. she's my favorite.

today when she came for her visit she came out of the elevator and i was standing in the hallway talking to the caseworker and she came RUNNING at me and started tickling me- it was so funny. i love her.

okay thats all.

How cute is that. I love 4 year olds. I think if you had EmberLee over she'd talk your ear off and you'd love her too. Infact if you want..... you can totally borrow her LOL. day or night. Actually night would be fabulous then Jake and I would have a bed to ourselves for once :)

i already do love emberlee- i think she's HILARIOUS! we've only sat behind you guys once in church.. but it was the best conversation ive ever had with a 4 year old..she's so funny and willing to share her life story. and i love that she asked me what my name was and when i told her she said. THATS a wierd name! and then realized thats probably not the nicest thing to say- so she said- im just kidding. it was so funny- we died laughing!!
